Our team has developed and preserved affordable housing for tens of thousands of seniors and families by sponsoring impact development and investment activities in excess of $2 billion. That commitment is just one way we are raising the standard. We also provide funding for and access to social initiatives to support residents and the greater communities we serve and have seen firsthand the impact on residents’ lives through strategic and deliberate implementation of enhanced services. On an annual basis, we partner with dozens of local organizations and non-profit partners to offer more than 100 tailored programs, including the provision of more than 15,000 meals.
