To date, Redwood and its affiliates have sponsored more than $2 billion of impact development and investment activities with a particular focus on the preservation and rehabilitation of affordable senior, family and historically significant housing communities. While the extent of our impact varies greatly, we put resident and community needs first and strive to generate maximum impact.
Our methodology and flexibility allow us to creatively structure development activities to drive positive impact and successful outcomes that extend beyond project boundaries. This often includes providing support and social programs to residents in partnership with non-profit organizations, community groups and public agencies.
