Southwest Washington Properties Announced in Latest Redwood Deal

LONGVIEW, WA (May 30, 2023) – Fremont Village and Crescent Terrace became the latest properties to be acquired by Redwood with a transfer of stewardship at the end of May.

The two properties comprise a total of 46 units – 31 at Fremont Village and 15 at Crescent Terrace – that immediately underwent a renovation plan to include comprehensive upgrades to units, common areas, exteriors and building systems. Redwood’s goal is to ensure the long-term success of these HUD-supported projects.

Longview is the largest city in Cowlitz County, located in the Southwest corner of Washington state. The city was long known to be a center for the lumber industry and still maintains business in paper, wood, aluminum, paint and food-processing.
