Redwood partnered with the local community to gain the support needed to enact an environmentally conscious and historically significant redevelopment to restore this historic landmark with more than 100 years of history to its former glory while providing a high-quality, service enriched living environment with modern-day amenities to the low-income seniors of Lansing.
